Except as expressly indicated otherwise, content and information on this Site may not be copied, republished, distributed, posted or transmitted in any way, without the prior written approval from Frinza.

 

 

Product

The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned in the catalogue on the website is approximate. There may be slight variation between the photos on the website and the actual product since most of the products are hand crafted. All products shown on this website are subject to availability which may vary from time to time.

 

Certain flowers and plants may be delivered in "bud" stage to ensure longer life.

 

In the rarest of rare cases if we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and refund your full payment to your Frinza wallet not later than 10 working days from the date of order cancellation.

 

Price

All prices displayed on the Frinza website are in Indian Rupees and are valid and effective only within India. Frinza reserves the right, without prior notice and without incurring any obligations, to discontinue or change the specifications of any products or services offered on its website.

 

Delivery and shipping Policy

Your placing of the order is subject to our acceptance of the offer. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details. There is no legal binding between you and Frinza in any give situation.

 

For orders booked under ‘Standard Delivery’ delivery cannot be guaranteed at a specific time because it depends on logistics. For orders booked under ‘Fixed Time Delivery’ the delivery will be made within the fixed time slot window as mentioned in the order.

 

In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction, orders will be delivered on the next working day.

 

In the rarest of rare cases of natural calamity, political disturbance, rioting or Act of God, Frinza does not guarantee the delivery. Such a situation will be dealt on case to case basis with no legal obligation.

 

To ensure hassle-free delivery you are expected to mention the complete address including the correct postal code and mobile phone number of the recipient along with your e-mail address so that we can intimate you any delivery problem encountered in rare scenarios.

 

For flowers, Sweets and all other perishable items, the delivery will be attempted only once. If the delivery could not be successfully made due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer, no refunds would be entertained.

 

We do understand that "Message on Card" and "Message on Cake" is very important for you as it conveys your feelings. However in certain situations, due to complexities involved, we cannot guarantee accuracy of the messages though we will take utmost care to convey your message accurately and in the form you want it to be delivered.

 

Modification & Cancellation

If, for any reason, you wish to modify or cancel your order, you can call us at +91-98718 16726 (9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.) or send an email to support@frinza.comRefund will be credited in your Frinza wallet within 24 hours.

 

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified within 48 hours from delivery date. 

 

Our custom delivery options are as follows:

Early Morning Delivery: 7:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M.

Fixed Time Delivery (slots): 10:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M.

Standard Delivery: 9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M.

Midnight Delivery: 11:00 P.M. – 12:00 A.M.

 

During holidays, festivals or peak season, we may not be able to provide immediate delivery confirmation. However, we shall deliver your order as soon as possible.

 

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will try to contact you on the recipient’s contact number mentioned in the order and deliver the product to the neighbour or security only in case the recipient specifically requests for the same. The order shall be considered delivered in that case.

 

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

No returns are permitted. However, in case a wrong or defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You may write to us at support@frinza.com or call us at +91- 98718 16726  (09:00 AM-06:00 P.M., Monday-Sunday).

1.  Frinza is not responsible for and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

    a.  The products are shipped to a wrong address provided by the sender

    b.  Unsuccessful delivery due to recipient not being available at the address provided or the recipient declining to accept the delivery.

    c.  Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient


2.  Full refund is allowed on cancellation in case the cancellation request is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.


3.  If we can’t supply all or part of your request (the item or any substitute item to you whatsoever), we will tell you as quickly as time permits and refund the full amount paid.


4.  Refund will be credited to the Frinza wallet of the customer. No cash refund is allowed. The refund is initiated within 24 hours of receiving the request. It takes 7 to 10 working days post processing of refund to reflect in the Frinza Wallet of the customer. 


5.  NO cancellation requests are accepted on order placed in following categories.

    a.  Same day delivery – No cancellation is allowed if the date of ordering and date of delivery same.

    b.  Same day mid night delivery – No cancellation allowed

    c.  Special day orders – Order placed for special days like Valentine’s Day, Teacher’s Day, Mother’s Day etc. cannot be cancelled


6.  Damaged or Defective Products

    If the product received by you is damaged or defective, you may let us know at +91-98718 16726 (9:00 A.M, to 9:00 P.M., Monday-    Sunday) or mail us the photographs of the defective/damaged product at support@frinza.com.  Within 48 hours of receiving the    product. We will deliver a new product and in case we fail to deliver the replacement, we shall refund the full amount. 


7.  Duplicate Orders

If you place two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know within 24 hours of placing the order.  We will refund the full amount for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered.
