Purple Orchids Bouquet

I am giving 3 stars for the order. Order was for my wife on Valentine day. I received the order around 9.40pm after timely conversations with the frinza team because my order was not placed and money got deducted. Flowers were OK not fresh and neither stale. Vase was not provided which was of 200 inr. Unless I don't see refund I will not recommend using their app or services.
